Christopher H. White, M.A. Christopher H. White has been involved in the human services field since 1990. He earned his Bachelor's of Science degree from the University of Delaware and his Masters of Arts in Clinical Psychology from the University of West Chester. Dedicating his career to "changing lives", Christopher has worked in all the clinical, programmatic, operational and administrative aspects of residential care, which included Direct Care, Community Program Specialist, Behavior Manager, and Program Manager. In the late 1990’s, Christopher worked for Elwyn, Inc., where he was a Program Director. In 2000, Christopher returned to Melmark as the Executive Director of Community Programs, overseeing operations for the community ICF/MR facilities and Waiver homes in the community. As of June 2004, Christopher became the Executive Director of Federal Programs, and has assumed the responsibility and oversight for the Community Programs division as well as the ICF/MR conversion of 40 beds in five facilities on Melmark's campus. In August 2006, Christopher assumed oversight of the residential operations for all private licensed facility adult beds on Melmark's campus and now oversees the operations for all 140 beds in the campus and community adult residential programs at Melmark. |
