Peter J. Troy, MBA Peter Troy received an MBA in Health Care Administration from Baruch College of the City University of New York and the Mt. Sinai School of Medicine. Formerly a Vice President for Administrative Services at The May Institute, he developed financial and human resource systems and was influential in the development of many innovative programs. In the mid-1970s, as Deputy Director of Support Services for New York State Department of Mental Retardation, he was instrumental in the development of the earliest community residential and day programs for individuals with special needs in Westchester County. He came to Melmark in 1998 and spearheaded the establishment of Melmark’s New England programs. Mr. Troy’s contributions to his Cape Cod community are also notable and include years of service as Chairman of the School Building Committee, Chatham School Committee, and as President of the Chatham Athletic Association, Cape Cod Baseball League. |
