Melmark provides a range of medical and healthcare services, including 24-hour nursing, as well as ancillary services supported by a multi-disciplinary team of professionals. Whatever healthcare issues arise, Melmark is prepared to address them comprehensively and completely.

Melmark staff recognize the important relationship between social development, recreational, and athletic activities. Well equipped for a variety of activities, Melmark facilities include a multi-service recreation center, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, interactive playgrounds, a large gymnasium, and state-of- the-art physical, occupational, music, art, and speech therapy areas. These provide individuals the space in which to move, have fun, learn, and play.

Our 80-acre campus allows for a variety of outdoor learning activities such as gardening, therapeutic horseback riding (Hippotherapy) in outdoor and indoor arenas, and many athletic activities. In addition, residents visit the surrounding community regularly for shopping, exercise, and entertainment.
