Mr. Mendelow is a retired global commercial and industrial real estate advisor.

He graduated with BA and LL.B degrees from the University of Witwatersrand, Johannesburg, South Africa and studied at the University of Cape Town, Graduate School of Business. He practiced as an attorney and was later a Barrister at The Johannesburg Bar. Following his arrival in the United States, he was admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar where he practiced as an attorney prior to entering the real estate industry in the service of corporations and institutions. During the course of his career, he represented several Fortune 500 companies and various universities. He traveled the world extensively in the service of his clients.

In 2002, he was elected a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
