Mercy Mutindwa serves as the Director of Talent Management and Executive Recruiting across all Melmark divisions. Before joining Melmark New England in 2005, Ms. Mutindwa’s professional experience included work at BFGoodrich Aerospace and Peer Review Organization. She was also an HR Generalist for Massachusetts Peer Review Organization.

She earned her undergraduate degree in Education from Kenyatta University in Kenya before earning her graduate degree in Human Resources Development from the American International College in Springfield, Massachusetts.

Ms. Mutindwa holds the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and Society for Human Resource Management-Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certifications.
