Graduate Practicum and Internship

Graduate Practicum and Internship

Melmark has an excellent working relationship with many colleges and universities as an intern practicum site for students interested in special education, applied behavior analysis, operations, and other related fields. Melmark’s management team serves as mentors and supervisors for interested students. Melmark provides BCBA supervision to employees after 90 days of satisfactory performance. Staff also have the opportunity to attend monthly professional development sessions to expand their career skills. In addition, professional-level staff have the opportunity to participate in research projects and attend regional and national conferences. Those receiving supervision hours will be required to sign a BCBA supervision agreement.
