Kimberly oversee the development and implementation of programs and services, as well as the daily operations for Melmark New England.

Kimberly has 22 years of experience at Melmark New England working with individuals with developmental disabilities, specifically on the autism spectrum. She has overseen thirteen residential programs both in adult, children’s services, an adult day program, and almost 250 staff. She has experience with research, including presentations at workshops, panels, symposiums, and poster formats at both local and national conferences. She was previously Melmark New England’s Senior Director of Residential Services.

Kim earned her Master of Science in Special Education, Severe Special Needs, Levels (all) in 2008 from Simmons College in Boston, MA. She is a board-certified behavior analyst.
