Senior Director of Human Resources, Melmark Pennsylvania
Lindsey Dunn oversees all Human Resources functions and operations at Melmark Pennsylvania. She joined Melmark’s Human Resources Department in 2014 and was named Senior Director of Human Resources in 2016. In this role, Lindsey serves as a core member of the senior leadership team with responsibility for directing and analyzing all aspects of Melmark’s human resource function and performance.
Lindsey holds certifications as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and a Certified Professional in Healthcare Risk Management (CPHRM). She earned her Master of Arts Degree in Counseling from Eastern University and Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology from Slippery Rock University. She earned certificates in Human Resource Management from Villanova University, and Healthcare Risk Management from the University of Delaware.
She has served in the not-for-profit human services field since 2002 in various human resources, operational and clinical roles, and has extensive leadership experience. Lindsey began her career as a direct care staff in a Residential Treatment Facility (RTF) and feels this experience has shaped her appreciation for the services provided by the employees of Melmark.
