Maggy Godfroy oversees all aspects of Human Resources at Melmark New England. Maggy’s passion for supporting mission-driven organizations has led her to serve in human resource roles in a variety of industries, most recently, non-profit education.  With close to 20 years of professional HR experience,  her skillset includes relationship building, implementing structure, administering benefits, recruiting, and compliance to improve the employee value proposition. Maggy’s personal connections to the ID/A community makes the work at Melmark near and dear to her heart.

Maggy graduated from St. Anselm College with a Bachelor of Arts in Business and took Human Resources courses through Cornell University’s School of Industrial and Labor Relations. She has been a member of the Society for Human Resources Management since 2008 and an HR Certification Institute (HRCI) certified Senior Professional in Human Resources since 2011.
