James Stahle has been a member of Melmark’s Board of Directors for over 15 years and is also personally connected as a Melmark parent. He is currently the Senior Managing Director and founding partner of the CCA Group , a privately held financial advisory firm that provides capital markets services to companies active in the US energy generation and energy infrastructure markets.

Mr. Stahle has been actively involved in the structured asset finance business for over 40 years. His primary experience has been representing institutional, corporate and financial investors that provide structured equity, tax equity/credit and structured debt financing and investment for conventional and clean energy generation as well as energy infrastructure projects. He also oversees the growing energy services business that represents large electricity load customers and utility company providers in the US. Prior to establishing CCA, he developed the Institutional Advisory Platform for structured products at BTM Capital Corporation, a subsidiary of The Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi. He is a graduate of Colby College.
