Lauren Robinson serves as the Director of Communications for Melmark, where she oversees the planning, development, and implementation of communication strategies and external outreach strategies across service divisions. Lauren brings close to 20 years of diverse experience in public relations, marketing, and brand strategy. Prior to her appointment at Melmark, Lauren led marketing, community relations, and business development efforts at Align Credit Union as the Vice President of Marketing for over a decade and spearheaded national education non-profit Mass Insight Education and Research’s brand development and marcomm initiatives. She has built brands from the ground up, designed and executed fully integrated communications campaigns, and developed comprehensive content strategies to support key business objectives.

A three-time graduate of Suffolk University, Lauren has a Bachelor of Science in Communications and Government and received a Master’s degree in Communications as well as a Master of Business Administration. Lauren has worked with a number of non-profit and community organizations in volunteer roles and is currently an Associate Board Member of Project Learn.
