Mary Gene Clavin, Founder of Advancement Incite, is a fundraising and executive search consultant who focuses on accelerating strategic outcomes for the nonprofit industry. With nearly two decades of experience as an advancement professional and executive search consultant Mary Gene’s experience includes organizational development and capacity building as well as capital campaign leadership and design.

Mary Gene earned a bachelor’s degree from Boston College. She is a member of the International Coach Federation and is certified as an executive and leadership development coach by The Academies. Mary Gene serves on several nonprofit boards and is a member of the Council for Women of Boston College.
