Amanda Westphal Radcliffe is a founding family member, long time former employee, and owner of Vertex Inc, a global corporate tax compliance technology company. She has served on the Vertex board of directors for over thirty years, stewarding a journey from private ownership to publicly traded company with a multibillion-dollar market cap. Ms. Radcliffe is previous Chair of t he Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia Foundation Board as well as Breastcancer.org. She also sits on the Advisory Boards of Kinney Center for Autism Education and Support at St Josephs University, and the Precisionists, and is the founding President and Board Member of the Neurodiversity Employment Network of Philadelphia. Ms. Radcliffe is a member of the Philadelphia Chapter of Women Corporate Directors and National Association of Corporate Directors.
