Dr. Kimberly Thurmond Bowdre is a native of Augusta, Georgia.  She received her Bachelor’s degree in Biology/Pre-Med from Hampton University. In 1996, she received her Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM) from Temple University School of Podiatry, formerly known as PA College of Podiatric Medicine in Philadelphia, PA.

After obtaining her DPM, she completed a two-year general and surgical residency at VA Medical Center and Sheehan Memorial Hospital in Buffalo, NY.  Dr. Thurmond Bowdre has furthered her training in general podiatry and is a Certified Wound Specialist.

Dr. Thurmond Bowdre is a caring and dedicated doctor who provides compassionate care. She especially enjoys treating the geriatric population and patients with special needs.
